氧气雾化吸入预防气管插管患者咽喉炎的临床研究 被引量:4

Clinical research of oxygen atomizing inhalation in the prevention of throat inflammation in patients with tracheal intubation

摘要 目的研究氧气雾化吸入在预防气管插管患者咽喉炎症感染的应用,为临床降低感染率提供参考依据。方法选择2013年1月-2015年6月于医院进行全身麻醉气管插管的患者400例,随即分为研究组和对照组各200例;研究组患者进行氧气雾化吸入,对照组患者进行普通鼻导管吸氧,记录两组患者咽喉炎发生率;观察感染患者病原菌分布,数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果研究组患者咽喉炎发生率为14.00%,对照组为44.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);咽喉炎患者感染病原菌以铜绿假单胞菌为主;对照组患者出现6例胸闷、2例呼吸困难、5例气促,研究组患者中出现3例胸闷,无呼吸困难和气促发生,研究组患者不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氧气雾化吸入能够显著降低气管插管患者咽喉炎发生率,且具有较好的安全性,值得临床推广使用。 OBJECTIVE To study the application of oxygen atomizing inhalation in the prevention of inflammation of the throat in patients with tracheal intubation,so as to provide evidence for reducing the infection rate.METHODS A total of 400 cases of patients with general anesthesia endotracheal intubation in the hospital from Jan.2013 to Jun.2015 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,200 cases in each.The study group were treated with oxygen atomizing inhalation,the control group were treated with conventional nasal catheter oxygen inhalation.The incidence of throat inflammation in the two groups was recorded.The pathogenic bacterial distribution was under observation.SPSS 19.0was used for data statistical analysis.RESULTS The incidence of throat inflammation was 14%in study group,and the control group was 44.5%,and the differences were significant different(P〈0.05).Pathogen detection results showed that the throat inflammation infection pathogens in patients were mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa.In the control group,6cases of patients with chest tightness,2cases of dyspnea,5cases shortness of breath,and in study group patients in 3cases of chest tightness,no one with dyspnea and shortness of breath,the patients in the study group of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONOxygen atomizing inhalation can significantly reduce the incidence of inflammation in patients with tracheal intubation,and has good safety,it is worthy of clinical use.
