摘要
研究相容剂氯化聚乙烯(CPE)和乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVM)以及助交联剂甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)和三(甲基丙烯酸)三羟甲基丙烷酯(TMPTMA)对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM)并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着CSM用量增大,EPDM/CSM并用胶的拉伸强度减小,EPDM与CSM相容性变差;加入相容剂CPE或EVM以及助交联剂ZDMA或TMPTMA后,并用胶的物理性能提高,EPDM与CSM相容性改善,其中,助交联剂ZDMA的改善效果最佳。
The effect of compatibilizer CPE and EVM,curing co-agent ZDMA and TMPTMA on the properties of EPDM/CSM blends was investigated. The results showed that,with the addition level of CSM increasing,the tensile strength of EPDM/CSM blends decreased,and the compatibility of EPDM and CSM was poor. After adding compatibilizer CPE or EVM and curing co-agent ZDMA or TMPTMA,the physical property of the blends was improved,the compatibility of EPDM and CSM was also improved,and the improvement effect of ZDMA was better.
