微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效分析

Clinical application research of microvascular decompression in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia

目的:分析微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:选取50例原发性三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者25例。对照组患者采取部分切断治疗,观察组患者采取微血管减压术治疗,对比治疗后两组患者的临床疗效、术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率、复发率。结果:治疗后,对照组治疗总有效率为64%,观察组治疗总有效率为92%(P<0.05);且观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率、复发率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛临床疗效显著,可以减少患者术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间,以及降低患者并发症发生率和复发率。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of microvascular decompression in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods：50patients with trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.The control group was given part-cutting treatment while the experimental group was given microvascular decompression treatment.Efficacy,amount of bleeding during operation,operation time,hospitalization days,postoperative morbidity and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Results：The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group and observation group was 64%and 92%respectively（P〈0.05）.Amount of bleeding during operation,operation time,hospitalization days,postoperative morbidity and recurrence rate in observation group were better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Microvascular decompression is an effective method for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia and it has clinical value.
