摘要
对于大直径轴流风机(指直径在3~10m的风机)不适合采用标准风道测试方法测试风机性能的现状,提出了接近于工况使用条件的风机测试平台结构,并基于虚拟仪器技术(labview)对风机性能测试数据进行实时测量分析的解决方案。
For large diameter axial flow fan(fan with the diameter of 3 m to 10 m), the standard air duct test method is not suitable for the fan performance test. Under the circumstances, this paper proposes a fan test platform structure close to the working conditions, and a solution for real-time measurement and analysis of the fan performance test data based on the labview technology.
