摘要
随着医患矛盾的加剧,伤医事件的频现,分析医患矛盾紧张的原因及解决办法非常必要。除国家及相关部门增加医疗投入,深化医疗体制改革外,在医院层面迫切需要加强医患间的沟通,这不仅仅需要医生个体加强沟通及其技巧,还需管理层面的支持,如辅助医务人员的积极参与及壮大。如此才能有效提高医患沟通,同时提高医院的整体形象和竞争力,减少医患矛盾。另外,还需要社会力量的参与,进一步完善医疗相关的法律法规,规范人们的行为,才能最终解决医患矛盾。
With aggravating contradiction between doctors and patients and increasing injuries to doctors, it is necessary to analyze the reasons for the deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship and find out the solutions to them. Besides increasing medical financial aids from Chinese government and relevant departments and strengthening medical system reform, it is also urgent for hospitals to strengthen the communication between doctors and patients. It needs not only the doctors' skills of talking to patients, but also the support from hospitals such as expanding the number of medical service coordinators, which are beneficial to promoting the whole impression and competitive power of hospitals as well as improving the communication between doctors and patients and reducing their conflicts finally. What's more, the active participation of more social forces and the improvement of the related medical laws to govern people's behavior would be helpful to solve the contradiction.
