中药临床合理用药的安全性与应对方法分析

Analysis on the Safety and Coping Methods of Clinical Rational Drug Use in Chinese Medicine

目的 探讨中药临床合理用药存在的安全性问题及应对措施。方法 2014年5月~2016年5月,选取中药应用引发的不良反应患者150例,对临床资料加以回顾,总结安全性问题及应对措施。结果 中西药联用不当引发占36.7%;因中药炮制不当引发占26.7%;因用法和用量错误引发占20%;未对症用药占13.3%;其它占3.3%。因中西药联用不当引发的不良反应率最高,与其它原因对比差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 针对影响中药合理应用的因素,制定针对性应对措施,加强中药配伍、炮制、煎煮等过程的监督管理,可确保经济、有效、安全使用药物外,且可使中药用料更为现代化、规范化,与现代社会需要相适应。

Objective Discussion on security issues and countermeasures of Chinese medicine clinical therapy exists. Methods From May 2014 to May 2016, 150 cases of adverse reactions caused by the application of traditional Chinese medicine were selected, summarize security issues and countermeasures. Results Combined with Western medicine caused by improper accounting for 36.7%, due to traditional Chinese medicine caused by improper accounting for 26.7%, due to usage and dosage errors caused by 20%, not symptomatic medication 13.3%, 3.3% other. Rate due to adverse reactions in combination with western medicine caused by improper highest in comparison with other causes were a significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion For factors affecting the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine, the development of specific response measures to strengthen the compatibility of Chinese medicine, supervision and management of processing, boiling and other processes to ensure economic, effective and safe use of drugs, medicine and materials can be more modern, standardized, suited to the needs of modern society.
