习近平从坚持人民性与"中国梦"人本立场统一中形成新文化思想价值维度,继承中华优秀传统文化与发展创新统一中形成新文化思想历史维度,世界文化交流与增进共识中形成新文化思想开放维度,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观与提高中华民族文明素质统一中形成新文化思想实践维度,四维度逻辑序列清晰,有机结合,成为一体,充分体现其新文化思想形成的逻辑性和科学性,极大地丰富了中国特色社会主义文化理论体系。

There are four demensions during the formations of Xin Jinping＇s cultural thoughts, they are respectively value dimension which adhering to the unity of the people and the human-centered position of ＂Chinese Dream＂, historical dimension which persisting in the unity of inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture and development innovation, open-mindedness dimension which derive from the new culture in the world cultural exchanges and mutual understanding, practical dimension which rooted in the unity of fostering and practising the core values of Chinese socialism and improving the civilized quality of the Chinese nation. The four dimensions had a clear logical sequence , an organic combination, and were integrated. They fully reflected the logicality and scientificity of the formation of XiJinping＇s new cultural thought and greatly enriched the socialist cultural and theoretical system with Chinese characteristics.
