摘要
目前保证螺纹紧固件装配质量的最常用方法是通过控制紧固件的扭矩来实现预紧力的控制。针对上述情况,通过规范预紧力、标准件、紧固扭矩、扭矩系数及摩擦系数等参数的分析流程与计算,论述了新车开发过程中针对紧固件的拧紧扭矩进行正向开发的基本思路和方法。
At present, control of clamp force is most widely used to ensure the quality of thread fastener assembly. And control- ling of clamp force could be achieved through controlling the tightening torque. In this article, forward development of thread fas- teners tightening torque was systematically discussed during new vehicle development process. Therefore, the essay mainly dealt with analysis and calculation of clamp force normalization, standard parts, tightening torque, torque and friction coefficient.
