油田采出水膜法处理技术应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 对采出水膜法处理技术中的微滤、超滤、纳滤、反渗透膜以及集成技术的应用进行研究,分析成本,总结各技术的特点。超滤、微滤主要处理的是水中的油类以及悬浮物和细菌,纳滤对二价离子的脱除率较高,反渗透技术可以有效降低采出水矿化度。在实际采出水处理中,可综合运用膜技术和生物法达到更好的处理效果。 This analysis mainly discusses the application of membrane technology,including Microfiltration(MF),Ultra-filtration(UF),Nano-filtration(NF),Reverse osmosis(RO)and the Integrated Membrane Technology(IMT),and also reviews the advantages and disadvantages of the applied technology.UF is more effective on oil,suspended solids and bacteria.In terms of extracting divalent ions out of the produced water,NF appears to have better effects.RO can obviously decrease the degree of mineralization in produced water.Beter treatment effects will be received when comprehensively combine membrane technology and biological method in the treatment of actual produced water.
