根据我国种子产业对高素质应用型种业人才的需求,剖析了高等农业教育应用型人才培养中存在的问题,从校企联合培养人才机制、师资队伍建设、课程体系构建、教育教学管理、实践实训教学平台建设等方面介绍了地方高等农业院校应用型种业人才培养模式的改革与创新,通过实践取得了较好效果。

Based on the requirement for high - quality applied talents of seed industry, the problems in the culti-vation of applied talents in higher agricultural education are analyzed. Personnel training have been reformed inlocal application - oriented universities mainly from the following aspects ： training talents in coalition of collegeand enterprise, teaching staff construction, curriculum system construction, teaching management, practicaltraining teaching platform construction. And a good result has been obtained.
