摘要
针对现行轻型车机械式变速器同步器性能试验标准QC/T 568-1999《汽车机械式变速器台架试验方法》存在的问题,首先通过对同步器同步过程的详细分析,给出了同步时间的分析方法,其次引入了同步冲量作为同步器性能的评价指标,并给出了同步冲量的计算方法,最后通过试验证明了不同试验输入因素:在挡时变速器输入转速对试验结果的影响,因此有必要规范试验输入因素。与整车换挡时机相结合规范了试验输入因素,建立了科学的同步器性能试验及分析方法。
To solve the questions existed in the mechanical transmission synchronizer performance test standards QC/T568-1999,this paper gives the analysis method of synchronization tim e based on synchronization process analysis of synchronizer, then introduces synchronization im pulse as the evaluation index of synchronizer performance. Experimentexamples prove that transmission at gear in put speed has an effect on the test result. Hence it is necessary to regulate theinput factor. Combined with the vehicle shift time, we regulate the input factor and builds scientific synchronizerperformance test and analysis method.
