摘要
对不同曲率半径SR电触头材料静熔焊力进行了测试。应用威布尔分布对静熔焊力数据进行处理,获得了95%置信区间对应的关系曲线并按照5%概率进行取值,取得不同曲率半径SR所对应的最大静熔焊力数值。分析了不同曲率半径SR对电触头材料静熔焊力的影响。最后指出了电触头材料降低静熔焊力的发展方向。
The static w eldin g force o f contact m a terial w ith d iffe re n t curvature radius ( C R ) was recorded andanalyzed w ith W e ib u ll d is trib u tio n .
