摘要 以海洋贝壳粉和热塑性聚氨酯材料(TPU)为主要原料,通过湿法转相技术和无机矿物质填充改性技术,成功制得海洋贝壳粉基合成纸。并利用现代分析测试手段对合成纸的截面形貌和基本性能进行了分析研究。扫描电镜观察表明,合成纸内部为多孔结构;贝壳粉颗粒分散均匀,未发现明显的团聚现象。当贝壳粉含量为50%时,合成纸吸墨率为18.10%,断裂伸长率达到80.64%,同时还具有良好的阻燃、印刷、书写和耐水性能,综合性能最好。 A novel marine shell powder based synthetic paper was successfully prepared via wet phase inversion technology and inorganic mineral filling modification technology using marine shell powder and thermoplastic polyurethane material(TPU) as main raw materials. The cross section morphology and properties of paper were investigated. According to SEM observation, the paper possessed porous structure,and the marine shell powder particles were distributed evenly in paper. When the content of shell powder was 50 %, the ink absorption rate and elongation at break of the synthetic paper were 18.10% ,and 80.64%, respectively. Moreover, the paper not only had good flame retardancy, excellent printing and writing performance, but also had good resistance to water. In conclusion, when the content of shell powder was 50 %, the comprehensive performance of paper was the best.
