摘要
深入分析当前高校学生主体权利缺失状况与原因,针对教学管理参与权这一重要缺失类型,在借鉴国外相关经验的基础上,提出学业指导制度是学生期待并实现教学管理参与权的可行形式。探讨学业指导制度设置办法,提出由学校层面设置的集中型组织管理模式是较好方式。构建学业指导组织机构体系,加强学业发展指导队伍建设,成立学生学业发展指导社团等学生团体,以及构建学业发展指导课程体系与网络信息平台是主要工作路径。
The condition of college students' lack of rights was studied and reasons were analyzed. Aiming at the lack of teaching management participation rights, this paper learned from related experience abroad and came up with the academic guidance system. This system is a feasible measure that can both fulfill students' expectation and realize their participation in teaching management. The system installation method is explored on aspects of building the guidance staff, establishing related student organizations, constructing such guidance curriculum system, and providing network information platform etc.
