Study on Composite Ceramic Coating Prepared by Self-propagating High Temperature Synthesis and Pseudo Hot Isostatic Pressing

摘要 采用自蔓延高温合成和使用HfC陶瓷粉末的准热等静压技术制备了致密ZrC陶瓷材料及复合陶瓷涂层。使用XRD、SEM等仪器对涂层的物相与组织形貌进行了分析。结果表明:复合涂层主要由大块的HfC颗粒和细小的ZrC晶粒组成。它是由HfC粉末空隙的ZrC晶粒与HfC粉末冶金结合形成的。涂层整体致密,孔隙率低;热震试验显示涂层具有良好的结合力。 Dense ZrC ceramic material and the composite ceramic coating were prepared by self-propagating high temperature synthesis and pseudo hot isostatic pressing using HfC ceramic powder. The phases and microstructure of the coating were analyzed by XRD, SEM. The results show that the composite coating is mainly composed of bulk HfC particles and fine ZrC grains. The coating is formed by the metallurgy combination of ZrC grains in the void of HfC powder and HfC powder. The coating is dense with low porosity, and it has good bonding strength shown by the thermal shock test.
