摘要
以拖拉机液压悬挂系统提升试验台实际项目为基础,针对试验过程中提升框架强度不够的问题,借助有限元软件ANSYS建立提升装置模型,按最大提升力工况进行加载计算。通过对原始方案模型的计算及多次改进,得出相关结论;改进方案的计算结果也进一步证明了原始方案存在的问题,并最终确定出提升框架的结构形式。原始方案出现问题的主要原因是缺乏设计经验,没有参考依据。本文的研究内容可为后续大马力拖拉机提升框架设计提供一定的理论及技术参考。
This paper based on the actual project of tractor hydraulic suspension system test bench and according to the problem of promotion framework insufficient rigidity in experiment process established the lifting device model and calculated the maximum lifting force condition with the finite element software ANSYS. Through the calculation of the original program model and several improvements, at last this paper drew certain conclusions; The results of the improvement program also proved that the original program had problems and ultimately determined the structure of the lifting frame. The main reason of the original program prob- lems was the lack of design experience and no reference. Contents of this paper can provide theory and technical reference for the design of large horsepower tractors lifting frame.
