摘要
针对支持平台钻井包作业特点以及对重量控制的严格要求,研究设计了一种由18个子模块组成、各模块之间采用螺栓或销轴连接的新型海洋模块化钻机。该钻机模块结构简单、重量轻、拆装方便,通过支持平台及其吊机可实现钻井模块在井口平台间的快速搬迁。该支持平台钻井包模块的设计技术与方法可用于指导其它海洋模块钻机的研究设计。
According to the characteristics of tender support vessel drill ing package and str ict requirements of weight control, this paper develops a modular offshore drilling rig, which is composed of 18 module connected by the bolts or pins. The drilling rig module has advantages of simple structure, light weight, convenient disassembly and instal lation. Tender support vessel and its crane can realize fast drilling module removal between the wellhead and platform. The design method can be used to guide other offshore drill rig design.
