摘要 针对长距离、大规模、高密度的温度场测量应用,研究了一种基于CAN总线与1-Wire总线的经济型系统解决方案。该方案以Cortex-M3处理器为核心,对CAN总线与1-Wire总线接口的硬件电路进行优化,增强了网络的稳定性。同时,从工程实际应用出发,阐述了大规模测点的优化管理与维护。该方案现已成功应用于某电厂200 MW机组的锅炉金属壁温在线检测系统,具有较好的工业应用前景。 For the measurement application of long - distance, large - scale and high - density temperature field, the economic systematic solution based on CAN bus and 1 - Wire bus is provided. With this scheme,the Cortex - M3 processor is used as the core,and the interfacing hardware circuits of the CAN bus and 1 - Wire bus are optimized, thus the stability of network is enhanced. From the practical engineering application, the optimum management and maintenance for large scale measuring points are expounded. This scheme has been successfully applied in online temperature measurement system of boiler metal wall tubes in a certain 200 MW unit. Its industrial application prospect seeing to be bright.
