摘要 从理论角度研究分析泡沫混凝土配合比设计得到:采用泡沫混凝土可较好地控制大体积混凝土裂缝,其保温隔热材料可直接在建筑屋面施工,施工时屋面女儿墙应做隔热层的厚度及坡度;用专用搅拌机把新型发泡剂、水泥、水等搅拌成均匀的流质泡沫混凝土,再用模板浇筑到屋面,达到相应的厚度;在大体积现浇混凝土施工中,要注意采用发泡率较高、气泡的孔隙率较小、气泡的连通率较大以及稳泡性能较好的发泡剂,原材料精度达1%以内。 This paper from the perspective of theoretical analysis of foam concrete mix design: concrete crack control by foam concrete better, foam insulation material of concrete construction can be directly on the roof of the building, the construction of the roofing parapet wall four weeks good standard should be the thickness of insulation and slope; dedicated to the new blowing agent mixer, cement and water into a uniform liquid mixing foam concrete, and then poured template gathered the roof to reach the appropriate thickness; in the construction of cast-in-place concrete in large volume, attention should be paid to" the high rate of bubble, the porosity of foam Smaller, the larger the bubble connectivity and stable foam performance is better, the accuracy of the raw materials reached 1%.
