我国有色冶炼及烟气制酸环保技术进展与展望 被引量:9

摘要 从有色金属产能、产量、产业集中度、有色金属矿产量、对外依存度和行业准入制等方面介绍了我国有色冶炼及制酸工业概况。阐述了我国铜、镍、铅、锌、钼、锡和锑等有色冶炼技术进展。分析了我国冶炼烟气工况特点和当前烟气治理技术状况。探讨了铜、镍、钴、铅、锌冶炼行业以及其他有色金属冶炼行业的环保政策。建议今后有色冶炼技术攻关应加强有色冶炼烟气SO_2制酸回收和脱硫、提高节能和余热回收水平、强化废液、废渣环保治理和资源综合利用。 Nonferrous metallurgy and metallurgical acid production of China are introduced with respects to nonferrous metals capacity, output, industry concentration, nonferrous metals ore production, external dependence and industry admittance system. Nonfer- rous metallurgy technical progress of copper, nickel, lead, zinc, molybdenum, tin and stibium are described, metallurgical off-gas condition characteristics and current off-gas treatment technologies are analyzed, and environmental protection policies of copper, nickel, cobalt, lead, zinc and other nonferrous metals smelting industry are discussed. It is proposed that the direction of nonferrous metallurgy technological breakthrough are strengthening sulphur recovery and desulphurization of metallurgical acid production, improving energy saving and waste heat recovery level, enhancing environment treatment and resource comprehensive utilization of spent acid and slag.
