冠心舒通胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗高血压左室肥厚心肌缺血随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study on the Treatment of Hypertension with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy by the Combination of Guanxin Shutong Capsule(冠心疏通胶囊) and Valsartan

[目的]观察冠心舒通胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗高血压左室肥厚心肌缺血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分两组。对照组40例缬沙坦,1次/d,1片/次,口服。治疗组40例冠心舒通胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d;缬沙坦治疗同对照组。连续治疗6个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、收缩压、舒张压、LVDPWT(左心室舒张末期后壁厚度)、IVST(左心室舒张末期间隔厚度)、LVDD(左心室舒张末期内径)、LVMI(左心室质量指数)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效17例,有效20例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%;对照组显效15例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。收缩压、舒张压、LVDPWT、IVST、LVDD、LVMI两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]冠心舒通胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗高血压左室肥厚心肌缺血,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of coronary heart disease in patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy by the combination of Guanxin Shutong Capsule and Valsartan in the treatment of hypertension. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 80 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number of the disease, the control group, 40 cases of valsartan,1 times/d,1 tablets/time,oral. The treatment group of 40 cases of Guanxin Shutong Capsule, 3 capsules/time, 3 times daily; western medicine with the control group. Continuous treatment for 6 months. Observation of clinical symptoms, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, LVDPWT （left ventrieular end diastolic wall thickness）, ivst （left ventricular diastolic interventricular septal thickness）, LVDD （left ventricular end diastolic diameter）, LVMI, left ventricular mass index）, adverse reactions. 1 course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group, markedly effective in 17 cases, 20 cases were effective, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 92.50%. Control group, 15 cases markedly effective, effective in 15 cases, 10 cases ineffective, efficiency was 75.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, LVDPWT, ivst, LVDD, LVMI treatment group treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Bolted joint relief in sight-but capsule valsartan treatment hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy, myocardial ischemia, curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
