摘要
【目的】建立一种高效液相色谱法,用于对精异丙甲草胺异构体的分离。【方法】采用cHIRALPAKAY—H色谱柱,波长选为230nm,应用正己烷一乙醇一二乙胺(体积比5950:50:1)作为流动相进行手性分离。【结果】该方法可使4种构型均达到基线分离,并且标准偏差为0.09,变异系数为0.52%,加标回收率在98.3%~100.6%之间。瞄论】方法可以作为精异丙甲草胺中有效成分I’S构型定量定性的检测方法。
[Aims] A HPLC method for separating the isomers ofs-metolachlor was established. [Methods] The HPLC method was conducted with CHIRALPAK AY-H column as fix phase, and with the mixture of n-hexane, ethanol, diethylamine (950:50:1, by vol) as mobile phase at 230 nm. [Results] The method achieved the baseline separation for 4 isomers of s-metolachlor. The standard deviation was 0.09, the coefficient of variation was 0.52%, and the recovery was 98.3-100.6%. [Conclusions] The method can be used for quantitative and qualitative detection ofl'S configuration ingredient in s-metolachlor.
