摘要
市场对带钢产品需求的多样化要求热连轧生产过程中对板坯进行在线调宽以实现连铸与连轧之间板坯宽度上的衔接。按照轧制过程调宽技术的发展历程,分别就大立辊调宽以及定宽机调宽技术从应用、结构组成、调宽方法、调宽原理、性能特点等角度进行了分析,并重点分析了这些调宽技术在结构改造及板形控制等方面的研究进展情况。
Market demands for strip steel products are various, so slab width from caster to rolling mill should be adjusted to meet the demands in continuous strip production line. According to the development of width adjustment technology, the advanced width adjustment technologies such as large vertical rolling mill and slab sizing press (SSP) in hot strip continuous roiling line were analyzed from application, structural components, width adjustment method, width reduction principle, performance charac- teristics, and so on. The research progresses in technical innovation and the shape control of slab were especialy analyzed.
