合理用药基础上联合运动指导对CABG术后患者运动耐量的影响(附个案报道)

摘要 冠心病患者尤其是曾发生过心肌梗死或接受再血管化治疗的患者再次发生心血管事件的风险较高,加强对上述人群冠心病二级预防药物治疗可显著降低其心血管事件发生率和冠心病致死率及致残率。在个体化用药基础上通过有效强度的运动刺激可稳定冠状动脉斑块、改善心功能、提高患者运动耐量,改善其生活质量。药物治疗与运动指导相结合是最有效的冠心病二级预防策略。本文分享1例冠心病二级预防合理用药联合运动指导对冠状动脉旁路移植术（coronary artery bypass grafting,CABG）术后患者的治疗案例。
