摘要
采用氢氟酸-硝酸分解试样,用高氯酸蒸发至冒烟除去硅;在硝酸介质(5%)中,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法于324.8nm波长处测定工业硅中铜含量。方法能有效地消除硅的干扰,测量结果相对标准偏差在5%以内,加标回收率在99.0%-102%。方法具有操作简便、快速、容易掌握、成本低的优点。
In this paper, hydrofluoric acid-nitric acid was used to decompose samples,and perchloric acid was used to remove silicon by being evaporated to smoke. In nitric acid medium (5 %), the content of copper in industrial silicon was determined at the wavelength of 324. 8 nm by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. This method can effectively eliminate the interference of silicon. The standard recovery rates were in the range of 99.0%- 102% and the relative standard deviation was within 5%. The method has the advantages of simplicity, speediness, easiness to learn, and low-cost.
