老年患者静脉输液逆向穿刺的护理研究

目的探讨逆向静脉穿刺在老年患者静脉输液中的应用效果。方法：将70例静脉留置针老年患者随机分为试验组和对照组各35例，试验组给予逆向静脉穿刺，对照组给予顺向静脉穿刺，比较2组穿刺成功率、液路通畅程度。结果：试验组在穿刺成功率、通畅程度方面明显优于对照组，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：逆向静脉穿刺能够提高老年患者输液穿刺成功率，延长留置时间，在临床护理工作中具有可行性。

Objective To inverstigate the effect of reverse vein puncture for elderly patients.Methods： 70 elderly patients wererandomly divided into test and control groups ,each of which had 35 patients. The test group were given the reverse veinpuncture,control group were given the venipuncture.The success rate, liquidpatency of puncture were compared.Results：Thesuccess rate, liquidpatency in the test group were obviously better than the control greup,two groups were significantlydifferent （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion ：The reverse venipuncture can improve the success rate , prolong the indwelling time for elderlypatients.h has the feasibility in clinical nursing work.
