摘要
目的探讨采用布拉氏酵母菌治疗支气管肺炎继发腹泻患儿的临床效果,为临床诊治提供参考。方法选择2013年10月-2015年10月收治的支气管肺炎继发腹泻患儿102例,分为观察组与对照组;观察组患儿采用布拉氏酵母菌+蒙脱石散进行治疗;对照组患儿采用蒙脱石散进行治疗;对比两组患儿的临床疗效、止泻时间以及腹泻总疗程。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为98.04%,对照组患儿治疗总有效率为76.47%;观察组患儿止泻时间为(3.11±0.76)d,治疗总疗程为(4.11±1.53)d;对照组患儿止泻时间为(4.53±1.25)d,治疗总疗程为(6.39±1.57)d;两组支气管肺炎继发腹泻患儿在临床疗效、腹泻总疗程以及止泻时间等方面,观察组明显优于对照组患儿(P<0.05);两组患儿在临床治疗时均未出现不良反应,对患儿的肝、肾功能进行检查,均未出现异常现象。结论对于支气管肺炎继发腹泻患儿,在临床常规治疗基础上开展布拉氏酵母菌治疗,可显著提高临床疗效、有效缩短腹泻病程,显著提高患儿的生活质量。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of Saccharomyces boulardii on treatment of bronchial pneumonia children with secondary diarrhea so as to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.METHODS A total of 102 bronchial pneumonia children with secondary diarrhea who were treated in the hospital from Oct 2013 to Oct 2015 were enrolled in the study and divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii plus montmorillonite powder,while the control group was given montmorillonite powder.The clinical effects,time of checking diarrhea,and total diarrhea course were observed and compared between the two groups of children.RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 98.04%,the control group 76.47%;the time of checking diarrhea of the observation group was(3.11±0.76)days,the control group(4.53±1.25)days;the total treatment course of the observation group was(4.11±1.53)days,the control group(6.39±1.57)days.Among the two groups of bronchial pneumonia children with secondary diarrhea,the clinical effect,total diarrhea course,and time of checking diarrhea were remarkably better in the observation group than in the control group(P〈0.05).The adverse reactions did not occur in the two groups of children,and the liver,kidney functions of the children showed normal.CONCLUSION As for the treatment of the bronchial pneumonia children with secondary diarrhea,Saccharomyces boulardii combined with clinical routine therapy can remarkably boost the clinical effect,effectively shorten the diarrhea course,and significantly improve the quality of life.
