In order to meet the requirements of modem warfare environment, a number of multifunctionalintegrated electronic systems emerge. According to the military demands of the integration ofradar and communication systems, an S-band digital array module （D AM ） is introduced in detail.The module adopts the integrated RF front end with common RF and digital TR units. The integrateddesign is made by integrating transmit and receive channels of radar and communication, providingthe basis for engineering implementation.
