不同锌源及锌水平对冬毛生长期水貂营养物质消化率影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究不同锌源及锌水平对营养物质消化率的影响,确定适宜添加锌源及锌水平。本试验选用150日龄断乳公水貂70只以研究不同锌源、锌水平对水貂生产性能及营养物质消化率的影响,采用2因素4水平完全随机设计,2种锌源分别为蛋氨酸锌、七水硫酸锌,添加水平分别为0mg/kg、20mg/kg、30mg/kg和40mg/kg,将水貂随机分成7组,每组10只,对全部试验水貂进行了消化试验。试验结果表明,日粮中添加不同锌源及锌水平能够提高水貂营养物质的消化率;添加蛋氨酸锌水平在20mg/kg和硫酸锌水平在40mg/kg对水貂的营养物质消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。建议以硫酸锌为锌源时,适宜添加水平为40mg/kg;以蛋氨酸锌为锌源时,适宜添加水平为20mg/kg。 To determine the appropriate zinc sources and levels in the fodder for mink, we evulated theeffects of different zinc sources and levels on the performance and digestibility of mink,. Seventy weaned mink which weres 150 days old were selected. To study the performance and di- gestibility on the Zinc sources and Zinc levels.2 factors and 4 levels random design was conducted in the experiment . Two zinc sources(Zn- Met and ZnSO4·7H2O) were 0mg/kg,20mg/kg,30mg/kg and 40mg/kg.The minks were divided into 7 groups and each group have 10 indi- viduals. The feeding and balance trails were carried out. The results showed that adding different sources and levels zinc can improve nutrient di- gestibility. Daily weight gain for 40mg/kg ZnSO4.7H20 and 20mg/kg Zn- Met supplementing group was slight than other groups. The optimal level was ZnSO4·7HH20 40mg/kg or Zn-Met 20mg/kg.
