当前我国警察被害人问题研究

Research on Current Police Victims in China

警察是人民群众的守护神,但由于多方面因素的影响,警察个体的被害数量却呈逐年上升趋势,警察被害相比其他社会人员被害具有更大的潜在负效应。目前国内把警察单独作为被害人进行研究的著作和论文相对比较少,因此对警察被害人研究十分必要且具有现实性和紧迫性。首先必须要把警察被害及警察被害人定义的界定清楚;其次对警察被害的类型以及对警察被害的因素加以分析从而为防止警察被害提出切实可行的被害预防措施。

The police are the patron saint of the masses, but due to the influence of many factors, the number of the victims of the individual police is increasing year by year. The fact that the police are killed has greater potential negative effects than that of the ordinary people. At present, there are relatively few books and papers about the police as the victim in China. Therefore, it is necessary, realistic and urgent to study the police victim： First of all to clearly define that the police are murdered and police victim; secondly to analyze types and factors police victims so as to propose feasible measures to prevent killing the police.
