创业者网络能力、商业模式创新与创业绩效关系的实证研究

An Empirical Research on the Relationship between Entrepreneur's Network Competence,Business Model Innovation and Entrepreneurial Performance

通过对国内421个创业团队的问卷调查数据进行分析,运用层次回归的方法检验创业者网络能力和商业模式创新和创业绩效三者之间的关系。实证研究发现,创业者网络能力是新创企业成长的决定性因素,创业者网络能力和商业模式创新能显著正向影响创业绩效,其中商业模式创新的各维度在创业者网络能力和创业绩效之间有部分中介作用。

Through the analysis of the survey data of 421 domestic entrepreneurial teams, the study tries to use the hierar- chical regression to examine the relationship between entrepreneur＇ s network competence, business model innovation and entrepreneurial performance. The research results show that the entrepreneur＇ s network competence is the decisive factor in the growth of new ventures, the entrepreneur＇ s network competence and business model innovation have significantly posi- tive effects on entrepreneurial performance, while the business model innovation has a partial mediation on the relationship between entrepreneur＇s network competence and entrepreneurial performance.
