三元嵌段共聚硅油合成工艺的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用八甲基环四硅氧烷和1,3-二缩水甘油醚氧基丙基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷为原料合成双端环氧硅油,再与氨基聚醚反应,制备了三元嵌段共聚硅油。研究了合成工艺和硅油种类对整理后织物性能的影响。结果表明,三元嵌段共聚硅油最佳合成工艺为:采用ED900氨基聚醚与平均摩尔质量5 000 g/mol的双端环氧硅油反应按量之比1.4∶1在80℃反应10 h,溶剂异丙醇占反应物料总质量的40%;经三元嵌段共聚硅油整理后织物的耐洗性更优,能够满足市场需求。 The ternary block copolymerized silicone oil was prepared by polysiloxane containing double - termination epoxy group which was synthesized with D4 and 1,3 - bis(3 - glyeidoxy propyl) - 1,1,3,3 - tetra- methyldisiloxane as raw materials and amino polyether. The effects of synthesis process and silicone oil types on the properties of the treated fabrics were studied. Results show that the optimum synthesis process of ternary block copolymerized silicone oil is that ED900 amino polyether and double- end epoxy silicone oil with aver- age molecular weight of 5000 g/mol react at 80 ~C for 10 h according to the mole ratio of 1.4 : 1, and isopropyl alcohol solvent accounted for 40% of the total quality of the reaction materials. By the ternary block copoly- merization, the wash resistance of the fabrics treated by silicone oil was better than that of the untreated one, and could meet the demands of the market.
