对比分析聚髌器与克氏针张力带治疗老年髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果

Comparative Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Patellar Concentrator and Kirschner Wire Tension in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Comminuted Patellar Fracture

目的 比较分析聚髌器与克氏针张力带治疗老年髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法 对我院2014年7月-2015年3月予以聚髌器和克氏针张力带治疗的89例老年髌骨粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。使用聚髌器治疗的患者归为A组（n=46）,使用克氏针张力带治疗的患者归为B组（n=43）,通过对术中以及术后各项指标的对比结果来对两组患者的治疗效果进行判断。结果 对两组患者进行1年左右的随访,随访的成功率为百分之百。通过对比分析发现,A组和B组的手术时间、手术中的出血量指标比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。B组的住院时间、骨骼愈合时间均高于A组（P〈0.05）。A组的优良率高于B组,且术后并发症的发生率小于B组（P〈0.05）。结论 聚髌器治疗老年髌骨粉碎性骨折的固定效果好,并发症较少,骨折愈合较快,治疗费用花费较少。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of patellar concentrator and Kirschner wire tension in treatment of elderly patients with comminuted patellar fracture. Methods The clinical data of 89 elderly patients with comminuted patella fracture and who accepted patellar concentrator and Kirschner wire tension in our hospital from July 2014 to March 2015 were retrospective analyzed, and the patients were treated with patellar concentrator and were classified into A group （ n=46 ）, while the patients were treated with Kirschner wire tension as the B group （ n=43 ） . Then, the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were judged through the comparison of the indexes in the operation and after the operation. Results Two groups of patients were followed up for one year, and the success rate of follow-up was one hundred percent. By comparative analysis were found that comparison of operative time and blood loss during the operation between the A group and B group had no siguificant difference （P 〉0.05）. The hospitalization time, bone healing time in the B group were higher than those in the A group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The excellent and good rate in the A group was higher than that of B group, and the incidence rate of complications after the operation was less than that of B group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The fixed effect ofpatellar concentrator in treatment of elderly patients with comminuted patellar fracture are good, which the complications are less, the fracture healing is faster, and the cost of treatment is less.
