摘要
食品安全风险监测是维护人类生命健康的重要工作,其涉及的项目随着科技的发展日益增加,因此需要不断的增加监测项目,全面、科学制定食品安全风险监测方案,分析其中的不足并提出相应的改进方案,为今后科学监测工作深入研究提供理论基础。
Food safety risk monitoring,which is critical important for maintaining human health,is involved with more and more items as the development of technology. Then we need to increase detection items in order to analyze its deficiencies and come out with the corresponding improvement solutions by means of making up the food safety risk monitoring program roundly and scientificaly,for ease of providing a theoretical basis to the lucubrate of scientific monitoring in the future.
