摘要
文章研究了高填充(石膏填充量≥50%)条件下共混温度、石膏填充量及增塑剂对石膏/PVC共混体系流变性的影响。共混温度提高导致体系流变性先升后降,180℃-190℃最佳;石膏填充量从150 phr提至350 phr时,平衡转矩提高80%;加入增塑剂可提高体系流变性,降低材料弯曲强度。在石膏填充量350 phr,增塑剂加入量20 phr及180℃条件下,制得弯曲强度28.4 MPa的高填充石膏/PVC复合材料。
The influence of blend temperature, loading of gypsum and plasticizer on rheology of gypsum/PVC blend system with a loading of gypsum t〉 50% was studied in the paper. The in- crease of temperature from 160 ℃ to 200 ℃ led to the initial increase and the subsequent rheology decrease of the blend system, which optimum temperature was 180 ℃ - 190 ℃. The increase of gypsum from 150 phr to 350 phr led to the increase of the balance torque by 80%. The addition of plasticizer led to increase of the rheology and decrease of the flexural strength of gypsum/PVC blend system. High load gypsum/PVC composite composed of 350 phr of gypsum and 20 phr of plasticizer and with a flexural strength of 28.4 MPa was fabricated at 180℃.
