摘要
借鉴企业管理中的"服务金三角"理论、新兴服务科学中的"服务创新"理论、海尔的"斜坡球体定律"、供需"耦合"理论、公共管理学中的"多中心治理"理论,对现代公共文化服务体系的结构与功能进行多维度分析,拟拓展现代公共文化服务体系的理论研究视野。
The third Plenary Session of the 18th of CPC central committee first clearly defines the construction of modern public cultural service system as an important part of comprehensive deepening reform. Compared with the traditional system of cultural institutions, ＂modern public cultural service system＂ is a new thing. This article analyses the structure and function of modem public cultural service system from multidimensional theories？such as the ＂service golden triangle＂ theory, the ＂service inno- vation＂ theory, Haier＇s ＂slope ball law＂ , coupling theory between supply and demand theory. This paper expands the field of vision in theory research of the modern public cultural service system.
