摘要
目的了解医院门诊中成药使用情况并分析其合理性,提高门诊处方质量,促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取医院2015年4月至2016年3月门诊中成药处方67 360张,统计并分析中成药使用情况。结果 6 467张(9.60%)中成药处方存在不合理用药现象,主要原因为重复用药、中药注射剂使用不当、未辨证使用中成药、超大处方用药、联合用药不当、药病不符、超说明书用药。结论该院中成药处方质量有待进一步提高。
Objective To understand the outpatient use of Chinese patent medicine in the hospital and to analyze its reasonableness to improve the quality of outpatient prescription and promote clinical rational drug use. Methods 67 360 outpatient prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines from April 2015 to March 2016 in the hospital were randomly selected and their usages were analyzed. Results 6 467 prescriptions （9.60%） showed irrational drug use. The main reasons for this were repeated drug use, improper use of traditional Chinese medicine injection,improper differentiation of signs when prescribing Chinese patetn medicines,over use of prescrip- tion drugs, improper drug combination, drug not matching the disease, and off-label use, etc. Conclusion The quality of Chinese medicine prescriptions in the hospital needs to be further improved.
