摘要
采用Schaal烘箱法,以过氧化值作为参考标准,研究采用超声、回流两种方法不同提取溶剂得到的如意草提取物对花生色拉油的抗氧化作用。结果表明:超声提取得到的如意草蒸馏水、75%乙醇、乙酸乙酯和石油醚提取物对花生色拉油均具有不同程度的抗氧化作用,优于回流提取得到的提取物;两种方法中75%乙醇提取物对花生色拉油的抗氧化能力均表现最优,且75%乙醇提取物与VC和柠檬酸协同作用时抗氧化能力增强,其中VC增效作用强于柠檬酸。
With peroxide value as evaluation index, the antioxidation effects of Corydalis taliensis Fr. extracts extracted with different solvents by ultrasound method and reflux method on peanut salad oil were studied by Schaal ovenstorage test. The results indicated that the water extract,75% ethanol extract, ethyl acetate extract and petroleum ether extract of Corydalis taliensis Fr. extracted by ultrasound method all had certain antioxidation effects on peanut salad oil, better than extracts extracted by reflux method. 75% ethanol extracts obtained by the two extraction methods both had the best antioxidation effect on peanut salad oil, besides,the antioxidation effect improved when 75% ethanol extract was synergistic with Vc and citric acid, in which Vc had stronger synergistic effect than citric acid.
