摘要
为符合"通才教育"培养目标,对于工科研究生掌握项目管理与项目评价的知识十分必要。以哈尔滨工业大学面向工科研究生开设的《项目管理与评价》课程的教学过程为例,从该课程的特点着手,对在教学中存在的问题进行总结与剖析,运用知识嫁接学说探索为非管理类研究生开设管理类课程的教学模式和方法,从而对工科研究生的教学产生积极而深远的影响,有利于培养高级复合型人才。
To comply with the objective ofgeneral education, it is necessary to master the knowledge ofthe Project Management and Evaluation for engineering graduate students. This paper intends to take the teaching process of the course of Project Management and Evaluation which is developed to engineering postgraduate at Harbin Institute of Technology as an example. To start from the characteristics of the course, the problems existing in the teaching process are summarized and analyzed, and the theory of knowledge grafting is used to explore the teaching models and methods of management courses which is developed for the students who do not belong to management graduate students. It will have a positive and far-reaching influence on the teaching process of engineering graduate students, and be beneficial to cultivate senior "composite" talents.
