Constructing Chinese Journalism:Why and How

本文聚焦"新闻学"的学科主体,从国际与国內、历史与现在、资本主义与社会主义的视野出发,探寻现阶段中国新闻学理论真空的原因,从而回答"何以可能"的问题;在此基础之上,本文将对西方新闻学的历史、概念和理论进行梳理,并以此作为批判的逻辑起点,而后立足于中国特色新闻学的理论体系、教学体系、实践体系,展开对于"何以可为"的论述。

Focusing on the subject of journalism, this article explores the reasons for the theoretical vacuum of Chinese journalism through both international and domestic, historical and present, capitalism and socialism perspectives, and answers the ＂why＂ question. Based on that, the article also reviews the history, concepts and theories of western journalism, and takes it as the logical start point of criticism in order to answer the ＂how＂ question from theoretical system, educational system and practical system.
