摘要
开发了一种新型适用于交通安全标识的反光涂料,与常规的反光涂料不同,应用其制成的交通安全标识逆反射强度高,而且在车灯照射下安全标识图案清晰、色泽鲜明。介绍了配方的设计、制备工艺方法、试样的制备和检测。对热塑性丙烯酸树脂对反光效果的影响、有机颜料的选择、玻璃微珠折射率的影响及助剂的选择做出了进一步讨论。
Novel relfective coatings were developed to be applied in the trafifc safety signs. Different from the common relfective coating, the novel coating has the higher retro-relfective intensity with its produced trafifc safety signs, while the trafifc signs could be in clear pattern and bright color under the radiation of automobile headlights. The design of formula, preparation process and the specimen preparation and test were introduced. The effect of thermoplastic acrylic resin on relfective effect, the selection of the organic pigments, effect on refractive index of glass beads and the selection of additives were investigated as well.
