汽车外法兰盘下模数控加工工艺分析与编程

摘要 汽车外法兰盘是汽车传动系统的重要零件,其形状复杂,主要通过高温模锻成型。外法兰盘下模是生产汽车外法兰盘的关键装备,锻件的外形、尺寸等主要靠下模获得,其形状复杂、尺寸精度要求较高,加工曲面较多,需要使用数控机床进行编程和加工。本文分析说明了汽车外法兰盘下模数控加工工艺、自动编程方法。 Automobile flange,as an important part of automotive drive-line, has complex shape and is mainly produced through high-temperature forging molding. Flange lower mold is the key equipment in producing automobile flange.The shape and size of forging pieces are mainly obtained by lower mold,programming and processing with CNC machine tools are required because of its complex shape,high dimensional accuracy and many surface machining. This paper analyses mold NC machining process for flange and automatic programming method.
