灰水对大叶黄杨生理特性的影响

摘要 为了了解大叶黄杨在浇灌灰水后的生理特性的影响,研究了大叶黄杨在沐浴灰水的浇灌下,其叶片叶绿素、组织含水量、相对电导率等生理指标的变化以及外部形态的变化。结果表明:大叶黄杨浇灌沐浴灰水后,植株生长正常,生理变化表现为叶片叶绿素含量、叶片含水量先升后降,叶片相对电导率先降后升,表明大叶黄杨逐渐适应沐浴灰水的浇灌;植株的外部形态与对照组无明显差异,表明设置的沐浴灰水浇灌的大叶黄杨与对照组的大叶黄杨植株均能正常生长且不影响景观效果。研究的结果可以为灰水在园林灌溉应用中提供依据。 In order to understand Buxus megistophylla's effect on physiological after irrigated the grey water, study on the Buxus megistophylla after irrigating bathing water, the changing of physiological indicators of chlorophyll content of leaves, tissue relative water content, relative electrolytic leakage, and observing the growth morphology of the plants. The results showed that: Irrigated bathing water had an effect on the normal growth ofBuxus megistophylla, the plants' physiological changes was manifested as the leaves chlorophyll content, tissue relative water content decreased first but later recovered, leaves increased first but later recovered, indicating that Buxus megistophylla gradually adapt to watering the bathing water and resistance to the grey water; there was no obvious difference between the external morphology ofBuxus megistophylla and the control group, show that two bath water group ofBuxus megistophylla and the control group's plants can growth and don't affect the landscape effect. The results of the research can provide the basis for the garden plants of the ash water irrigation, and have important social significance.
