摘要 通过共混和接枝共聚2种方法对氯丁胶乳(CRL)进行改性,开发了一种集氯丁胶乳的接触粘性和苯丙乳液的粘接性于一体的改性氯丁胶乳胶粘剂。研究了改性氯丁胶粘剂对胶合板的粘接强度的影响和粘接机理。结果表明,制备的2种改性氯丁胶粘剂均可应用胶合板行业,最大拉伸剪切强度分别为1.8 MPa和2.0 MPa。改性CRL胶粘剂应用于多孔基材胶合板时,界面张力较小且表现出明显的"锁-匙"效应,利于形成牢固的机械胶合。 Through the modification ofpolychloroprene latex(CRL) by blending and graft polymerization of CRL and modified adhesives with the contact stickiness of CRL and the adhesion of SAE were developed. The lap shear strength and bonding mechanism of the modified CRL adhesives to plywood were studied. The results showed that the two modified CRL adhesives can be applied in the plywood industry and the maximum lap shear strength of the modified CRL adhesives can reach 1.8 MPa and 2.0 MPa, respectively; the poor interfacial tension and obvious "lock - spoon" effect are shown when the modified CRL adhesives are applied to the plywood, which helps to form a strong mechanical bonding.
