摘要
目的优选最佳黄芩回流提取工艺,为工业生产提供依据。方法以黄芩苷提取总量为指标,采用单因素考察优选出最佳提取溶媒,采用正交试验设计考察3个因素(溶媒量A、提取时间B、提取次数C)的3个水平对提取效果的影响。结果黄芩最佳提取工艺为:采用12倍量50%乙醇提取3次,每次1 h。结论该实验结果为大规模提取黄芩苷提供了可靠依据。
Objective To optimize the best reflux extraction processes of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, and to provide a basis for industrial production. Methods The content of baicalin was taken as the indexe, single factor was used to choose the best extraction solvent, and orthogonal experimental design was adopted to examine 3 levels of 3 factors( the amount of solvent-A, the extraction time-B, the extraction times-C) on the extraction effect. Results The optimum extraction process of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi as follows: with an amounts of 12 times 50% ethanol extracted three times and 1h each time. Conclusion The experimental results provided a reliable basis for large-scale extraction of baicalin.
