摘要 研究了金属型腔条件下AlSi7Mg0.3合金的流动性、热裂倾向,并分析了浇注温度、模具温度、Cu添加量等因素对其的影响。基于CAE模拟技术,通过运用铜嵌件外加风冷的措施对动车组齿轮箱金属型低压铸造工艺进行了优化,成功开发了动车组齿轮箱低压铸造工艺并获得了合格样件,较以往砂型铸造实体机械性能有大幅提高。 The fluidity and heat crack tendency of AISi7Mg0. 3 alloy in metal mold cavity are studied a- long with the influence of pouring temperature, mold temperature, Cu addition, etc. Based on CAE simu- lation technology, the low- pressure casting techniques for EMU gearbox are successfully developed and the qualified samples are produced by means of optimization of the metal mold low pressure foundry process in combination with copper inserts and air cooling measures, the mechanical properties of the newly developed product have been dramatically improved compared with that produced with conventional sand casting method.
