血必净中药制剂临床用于ICU重症肺炎的药理价值

Clinical Value of Xuebijing Injection in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia in ICU

目的探讨血必净的溃散毒邪作用及其佐治重症肺炎的药效评价。方法随机选取2013年7月—2016年6月在该院治疗的60例重症肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组常规综合治疗,观察组再静滴血必净治疗。比较两组的总疗效、炎症及肺功能的改善情况。结果观察组的疗效93.33%明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的CRP、IL-6、WBC、N等炎症指标水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的B-Alb/P-Alb、Vt/△P、Pa O2、P(A-a)O2等肺功能指标水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血必净有通络解毒、祛瘀化痰作用,临床治疗重症肺炎可纠正肺部炎症、改善肺功能。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia in ICU. Methods Random selection the 60 cases of patients with severe pneumonia admitted to hospital from July 2013 to June 2016 were included in the study, they were randomly divided into two groups, observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30).The control group received routine treatment, the observation group was also given Xuebijing injection. The clinical efficacy,the inflammation and pulmonary function in 2 groups were observed and compared. Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(93.33% vs 73.33%, P <0.05); the index of CRP,IL-6,WBC,N after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05); the index of B-Alb/P-Alb,Vt/△P,Pa O2, P(A-a)O2in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing injection have the efficacy of dredging collaterals and detoxification, it can correct pulmonary inflammation and improve lung function for severe pneumonia patients.
