标准化护理程序在妇产科住院患者阴道灌洗护理中的应用

Application of standardized nursing procedure in vaginal lavage nursing of patients hospitalized in obstetrics and gynecology

目的：探讨标准化护理程序在妇产科住院患者阴道灌洗护理中的应用价值。方法：选取2012年1月-2014年12月我院妇产科住院的需要进行阴道灌洗的160例阴道炎孕妇作为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组患者使用标准化阴道灌洗护理程序,比较两种不同护理方法对于患者的治疗效果、满意度、视觉模拟评分情况。结果：观察组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的总体满意度和舒适度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：标准化阴道灌洗护理程序能够显著提高阴道炎产妇治疗质量,值得临床借鉴使用。

Objective：To explore the application value of standardized nursing procedure in vaginal lavage nursing of patients hospitalized in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods ： Selected 160 pregnant women with vaginitis who needed vaginal lavage in the hospital dated from January 2012 to December 2014 as object and randomly divided them into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were treated with standardized vaginal lavage nursing procedures. The therapeutic effects, satisfaction and visual analogue scores of the two different nursing methods were compared. Results ：The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The overall satis-faction and comfort of the observation group were better than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Standard vaginal lavage nursing procedure can improve the quality of vaginitis maternal treatment, which is worthy of clinical reference.
