摘要
目的评价叙事护理教学在护士人文修养课程中的应用效果。方法在2013级护理专业443名大专生的护士人文修养的课程中,应用平行笔记的分享与讨论、叙事护理素材的课堂呈现和叙事角色扮演等形式进行叙事护理教学。课程结束后,调查学生对叙事护理教学效果的评价。结果 85.3%(378/443)的学生对叙事护理教学的课程设置和组织安排非常满意。学生认为叙事护理教学有助于学会感恩生命与敬畏生命(92.3%),增强护理人文关怀意识(90.7%),提高学习兴趣(88.9%),增强对患者的共情与同理心(82.4%),锻炼评判性思维(80.4%),提高人际沟通能力(78.1%)和叙事能力(71.6%),加深对护理专业内涵的理解(78.1%)。结论叙事护理教学有利于提高护士人文修养课程的教学效果,促进学生人文素质的培养。
Objective To evaluate the effects of narrative teaching of nursing in the course of Humanity Cultivation for Nurses. Methods Totally 443 higher vocational nursing students in 2013 were recruited in this study.Narrative teaching of nursing was applied in the course of Humanity Cultivation for Nurses,which included discussion and share of parallel notes,presentation of narrative nursing material in class,and narrative role play. A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the teaching outcomes. Results 85.3% of the students showed high satisfaction with the course organization. Most of them reported that narrative teaching of nursing was helpful in learning feeling grateful and revering for life(92.3%),improving humanistic care awareness(90.7%),learning interest(88.9%),empathy(82.4%),critical thinking(80.4%),communication ability(78.1%) and narrative ability(71.6%),enhancing their understanding of the connotation in nursing profession( 78.1%). Conclusion The application of narrative teaching of nursing can improve teaching outcomes and contributes to the cultivation of nursing students' humanistic quality.
