摘要
在分析前人关于国家、地区、企业层面可持续性评价相关成果的基础上,从制造工艺层面着手,依据可持续发展的"三重底线"原则,运用信息沉淀法确定制造企业工艺层面可持续性初始评价指标体系,然后应用因子分析法降维,提取公因子,最后形成了包括加工成本、加工质量及效率、资源消耗及排放量、循环再生技术使用水平、员工基本工作条件和员工工作环境水平6个维度的评价指标体系。
From the point of manufacturing technological level, according to the Ttriple Bottom Line, the paper analyzes the correlational research of national, regional and enterprise level sustainability evaluation of predecessors, and applying information precipitation method, the initial evaluation indicator system is identified for technological level. And then, the factor analysis method is used to do dimension reduction and extract 6 common factors. Finally, an evaluation indicator system of 6 dimensions is constructed, including processing cost, processing quality and efficiency, resource consumption and emission load, cyclic regeneration technology use level, basic working conditions of staff and working environment lever of staff.
